A PhD candidate at Ibn Haldun University, Faculty of Business Administration and an MBA graduate from Bahçeşehir University, he has documented experience in team leadership and management of non-profit organizations. He has 15 years of experience in Management and Organizational Development.

He is a founding partner of several civil society organizations working to support society in the fields of education, capacity building and protection. Omar is a professional trainer in Project Management, Strategic Management and Organizational Development.

He holds PMP (Project Management Professional) and PMD (Development Project Management) certificates.

He is also a graduate of The Graduate Institute GENEVA’s “Strategy and Project Design for Humanitarian Action” program. He has a master’s thesis on “Leadership Styles in Non-Profit Organizations and Their Effects on Work Engagement”.
